Your Coach
Born and raised in Brighton, England, Lashawn relocated to Santa Monica to build his personal training practice. With over a decade of experience — including tenures at leading clubs across the UK and US, notably Equinox Santa Monica — he brings elite-level expertise to every session.
Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Nottingham Trent University, Lashawn's approach is rooted in science and driven by results. Off the gym floor, he plays rugby for the Santa Monica Dolphins and pursues golf, skiing, road cycling, and life by the beach.
