6 Week Exercise program (Emailed)
For our 'Emailed Exercise/Nutritional Programs' we will firstly ask you to fill out a form asking about your personal info, fitness goals, exercise history, etc. After analyzing your information a tailored program will be made specifically to your goals/needs and sent back to you via email or post (your choice).
